Subject: Your garage, on screen first
Preheader: Six plans, drawn and ready to build. Free, no-obligation quote.
Hi {{first_name}},
Thanks for asking about our Shops & Garage Packages. Here is the fastest way to get a real
number: build your garage on screen first. Six plans, drawn and ready to build. Pick a size,
tell it what is going in, set the roof and siding in real vendor colours, and send it to our
team.
Free, no-obligation quote on any of the six plans. About two minutes. No form to play with it.
Build my garage: {{configurator_url}}
Building here since 1999. Three Alberta locations: Lacombe, Sylvan Lake and Morinville.

Subject: The trusses, the doors and the insulation are family
Preheader: Three of the expensive parts of a shop, from the same family of companies.
Hi {{first_name}},
A shop has a few expensive parts, and three of them come from inside the Wolf Creek family of
companies: Timber Wolf Truss builds the roof trusses, Doors on Demand supplies the doors, and
Thermo Pro does the insulation and drywall.
That is who prices your build when you send it in.

Subject: What you actually get with the quote
Preheader: An itemized take-off from the team that prices the whole build.
Hi {{first_name}},
When your plan comes in, our estimating team does a proper take-off. In their words:
"Using your home or renovation plans, we can provide you with an estimation of your project,
including an itemized list of materials, the quantity and cost of each, as well as the total
cost of the build."
So the number you get is a build number, not a guess. If you have not sent your garage in yet,
it takes about two minutes on screen. Free, no obligation, on any of the six plans.
Finish my garage: {{configurator_url}}
Or come see us. Lacombe: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM,
closed Sunday.

## Campaign structure recommendation
- **1 campaign:** `wolf-creek_garages-2026` — Leads objective (traffic acceptable while the CRM
destination is unconfirmed; revisit when the form files somewhere real).
- **Ad set 1 · Prospecting:** Lacombe + Sylvan Lake + Morinville radii (their three stores),
homeowners/acreage interest broad, Advantage+ placements with feed/reels prioritized.
Creative: singles (1x1, 4x5, 9x16) + reel.
- **Ad set 2 · Retargeting:** site visitors + engagers 30d. Creative: 5-card carousel
(hook → size → roof → siding → close) + 191x1 for right column/audience network off.
- Boost-safety: all assets low-text, no personal attributes, no before/after, no urgency.
4 chips + swatch labels are product spec, not text overlay padding.

# VO slot — Wolf Creek garage reels (silent ship, VO owed) All four reels ship SILENT (verified `audio_streams=0` on every file). When VO is recorded, it drops into the window below. Every line is sourced from `notes\PERMITTED-CLAIMS.md` — no delivery, no lead times, no prices, no staff names. ## Window **0.30s – 8.80s.** VO may run over the start of the silent branded outro card (crossfade begins 6.60s, outro to 9.60s) but must end at least 0.8s before video end, i.e. by 8.80s. The outro's final beat stays silent and branded. > **Spec correction (fleet-wide, 2026-09-01 fix pass r2):** the original 0.30–6.60s window with > 35–40-word scripts was 20s-reel pacing and cannot fit a 9.6s reel. Window extended to 8.80s > and scripts cut to 18–22 words at a natural ~150–165 wpm. ## Script options (18–22 words, pick one per flight) 1. **Configurator lead** (22 words) "Build the garage that actually fits. Six plans, drawn and ready. Wolf Creek Building Supplies prices the whole build. Free, no obligation." 2. **Family-of-companies lead** (21 words) "Timber Wolf Truss builds the roof trusses. Doors on Demand supplies the doors. Same family of companies. Free, no-obligation garage quotes." 3. **Heritage and proof lead** (21 words) "Building here since 1999, with fifty-plus five-star Google reviews. Pick a plan, build it on screen, get a free, no-obligation quote." ## Standing mix spec (binding) - VO loudnormed CONSTANT (single loudnorm pass, no rider). - Music bed at fixed low level ~0.24 with a 2.5kHz EQ carve for VO clarity. - Fades at the ends only. **NO sidechain ducking** (rejected by Zak — no audible pumping). - Music optional and treated skeptically; silence beats a bad bed.
# Permitted claims — Wolf Creek Building Supplies (shops-garages-fleet run, 2026-08-31)

### Verbatim service descriptions (quote these, do not paraphrase upward)
- **Estimations & Take-Offs:** "Using your home or renovation plans, we can provide you with an
estimation of your project, including an itemized list of materials, the quantity and cost of
each, as well as the total cost of the build."
- **Colour Matching:** "Bring us a paint chip, fabric sample, or anything you wish, and we will

### Sister companies (named on the client's own top nav under About Us, re-verified 2026-08-31)
Wolf Creek Family · **Timber Wolf Truss** · **Thermo Pro Insulation & Drywall** ·
**Doors on Demand Ltd**
This is the campaign's LEAD differentiator: three of the four expensive components of a shop come
from inside the same family of companies. Permitted phrasing: "Timber Wolf Truss builds the roof
trusses"; "Doors on Demand supplies the doors"; "Thermo Pro does the insulation and drywall".
**Thermo Pro Insulation & Drywall is a SISTER COMPANY, never a department.** Do NOT extend the
family fact into a lead-time, price, bundle-discount, or single-invoice claim — none is published.
## 5. Awards (verbatim from the client's own homepage, re-verified 2026-08-31)
- "Awarded 'Best Building Supply Store' in 1999"
- "Awarded 'Best Contractor Specialists' in 2019"
Awarding body is not named on the site. Render only as quoted; never add an awarding organisation.
## 6. Yard and store facts (verbatim, re-verified 2026-08-31)
- "Fully Operational Lumber Yard" — homepage slide copy.
- Homepage About Us: "You can visit us at one of three retail stores and our lumberyard or
warehouse with an extensive selection of building materials including plumbing, electrical,
insulation, lumber, drywall, paint, hardware, tools, interior & exterior doors, windows, and much
more for all your do-it-yourself or building projects."
## 7. Social proof — Google only
Rating **4.4** across **141** ratings (snapshot 2026-08-31, Places API).
Five-star display floor: snapshot `fiveStarProvableFloor` = 50 → **display "50+ five-star Google
reviews"** (rounded down to marketing-safe N+; never a tighter number, never an exact five-star
count without the Business Profile API).
### The three verified five-star Google reviews (VERBATIM — quote or trim at sentence boundaries only)
1. **Jason Moore · 5 stars · 3 months ago**
"Wolf Creek Building Supplies is a throw back to what a hardware / building supply store used to
be - friendly and knowledgeable staff who are experts in their field."
2. **A E (AvyQuinn) · 5 stars · a year ago**
"I love this place! I am never going to look like I belong there but everyone is so pleasant and
helpful I feel very welcome. And they set me up with the things I need due to my small car vibes.
Thanks y'all!"
3. **Dave Simons · 5 stars · a year ago**
"Great place for all your building needs. Friendly staff always willing to help!"
Attribution format: "<Name> · Google review". The snapshot also holds two 1-star reviews (Victor
Sibera, Coralynn McLeod) — recorded so the judge sees the whole snapshot; never rendered (4-star
minimum standing rule).
## 8. Ad destination on-page copy (quotable for scent match; source 4)
- "Build the garage that actually fits."
- "Free Garage Plans. Real Quotes."
- "Six plans, drawn and ready to build. Pick a size, tell it what is going in, and Wolf Creek
Building Supplies prices the whole build off the same drawing your builder frames from. Free, no
obligation."
- "Build it on screen first."
- "Tell it what is going in, and the right size lights up. Set the finishes, send it to our team,
get it priced."
- "Turn it around before you turn a sod."
- "Free, no-obligation quote on any of the six plans"
- "Materials from our yard in Lacombe"
- "Get My Free Garage Quote" / "Build my garage" (CTA labels)
- "About two minutes. No form to play with it."
- The six plans: 12'×20', 12'×24', 16'×24' (single car), 22'×24', 24'×24', 24'×30' (double car /
two doors) — from the deployed plan library (`plan-library.js`, key `castle-six`).
- Derived range "240 to 720 square feet" (c2 carousel card): 12'×20' = 240 sq ft (smallest plan)
to 24'×30' = 720 sq ft (largest plan). Pure arithmetic on the plan dimensions above; the
destination's own hero plan cards display computed footage in this exact form (observed
"288 SQ FT" on the 12'×24' card, `notes\captures\stateA.png`). No capacity or use claim attached.
- HELD from this source: "Precision Takeoff in as little as 2 business days" (§9).
## 9. HELD claims — verified true somewhere, but blocked by a gate
- **Delivery.** The client's own live site states the delivery sentence verbatim (§4), but the
standing gate requires `delivery: true` in members.json before any delivery claim renders, and
**the Wolf Creek record still has no `delivery` field (re-checked 2026-08-31)**. So: no delivery
promise, no radius, no "we deliver" on any surface. The hero photograph may show their trucks
because it is their real yard photo; no copy states or implies a delivery commitment.
**Open question for Zak — needs a ruling, not a guess.** (Also in GAPS.md.)
- **"Precision Takeoff in as little as 2 business days"** is published on the ad destination, but
it is a turnaround promise Web Conductors wrote, not a client-published service term. The
standing no-lead-time gate wins on ad/email/SMS surfaces; the destination page carries it.
- **"25 Years of Experience" / "With over 25 years of experience"** — on the client's homepage,
already drifting (Nov 1999 → Aug 2026 is 26 years). Campaign copy uses "Building here since
1999". Never "25 years".
- **"6158 FACEBOOOK LIKES + INSTAGRAM FOLLOWERS"** (their typo) — stale, unverifiable. Not used.
- **"69 Team Members" and "4 Awards"** homepage counters — unverifiable headcount/award count,
and only two award lines are actually published. Not used.
- **Staff names** (Carlen Chorney appears in site testimonials). Named-employee use in paid ads
needs consent. Not used.
- **Vendor colour hexes.** Gentek / Vicwest / Westform publish NO hex values. Every swatch hex in
the configurator and in my artwork is a Web Conductors on-screen approximation. Swatches are
labelled by vendor colour NAME (and code where published, e.g. Vicwest 56067); a hex is never
presented as the vendor's value. Westform's own catalogue: "Colors shown are approximations,
actual product color can vary."
## 10. Vendor facts (confirmed, quotable)
- Confirmed vendor roster, from Wolf Creek's OWN published supplier list (vendor-catalog file,
confirmed 2026-08-28): **Gentek siding** (Sequoia Select lap / Board & Batten, SteelTek steel) ·
**Vicwest metal roofing** (Signature Series SMP; they list it as "Vic West Metals") ·
**Westform Metals** (SMP; Alberta plant in Lacombe County).
- Permitted swatch-row colour names (WC hex approximations in parentheses are for rendering only):
- Gentek Sequoia Select lap: Snow White, Dover Gray, Pebble, Sandstone, Canyon Clay, Juniper
Grove, Storm, Iron Ore.
- Gentek Sequoia Select Board & Batten: Snow White, Dover Gray, Canyon Clay, Storm, Rockport
Brown, Black.
- Gentek SteelTek: Chelsea Bluff, Sable, Delray Sand, Watermill Blue, Taylor Red, Chevron Smoke.
- Vicwest Signature Series (SMP): Bright White 56086, Stone Grey 56071, Regent Grey 56082,
Charcoal 56072, Black 56068, Slate Blue 56067, Navy Blue 56084, Dark Green 56073, Tile Red
56066, Metro Brown 56154.
- Westform Metals SMP: Polar White, Bone White, Stone Grey, Regent Grey, Charcoal Grey, Black,
Metro Brown, Dark Brown, Slate Blue, Forest Green, Dark Red, Iron Ore.
- Do NOT claim CanExel, James Hardie, Kaycan, Alexandria Moulding, PlyGem, or Steelcraft — listed
by the client but not in the configurator and partly INFERRED (see vendor-catalog `_still_to_add`).
## 11. Photography and imagery — every visual used, and where it came from
| File (in `brand\`) | Native size | What it shows |

| `trusses.jpg` | 740×300 | Erected roof trusses against sky. Small and letterboxed; band use only, never a hero. |
| `wolf-creek-logo.png` | 500×174 | Current logo (site `/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/new-logo.png`). |
| Configurator stage captures (`notes\captures\state*.png`, cropped into `meta-ads\src\img\`) | 2× headless captures | The 3D configurator render IS the product photograph (this run's Mobbin direction). Captured 2026-08-31 from the live authed destination with `--enable-unsafe-swiftshader`. States: 24×30 Gentek SteelTek Chelsea Bluff + Vicwest Black roof; 24×30 Gentek lap Juniper Grove + Vicwest Charcoal roof; 24×30 Gentek lap Snow White + Vicwest Slate Blue roof; 12×20 Gentek batten Storm + Vicwest Stone Grey roof. |
**Excluded on purpose:**
- `istockphoto.jpg` (stock on the client's own site) — BANNED, istock-derived imagery is banned
outright for this run.
- `wc-FamilyPicture.jpg` — no staff-name verification, no ad-use consent. Not copied into brand\.
- All AI imagery, all stock — zero paid generation this run.
## 12. EXCLUSIONS — what was deliberately withheld and why
- **Site testimonials** (Thomas Sypkes, Crystal Boys, Bernie Rabski, Jordan Pelletier, Christine
Langford, Dennis Schmidtke, Tundra Contracting, Trevor Howery/Empire Insulation, David Sirman,
Ace Automotive Repair, Karl Labelle, Clay Sampson, the unnamed 13-year builder): standing rule —
reviews come from Google/GBP only. Recorded here so their absence is not read as an oversight.
- **Delivery** (§9). **Lead times / "2 business days"** (§9). **25 years** (§9). **Social counter**
(§9). **Team-member/award counters** (§9). **Staff names** (§9).
- **"Castle Building Supplies"** as a name — appears twice in site testimonials; it is not the
client's trading name and never renders.
- **Prices.** Any currency symbol, price, rate, discount, deposit, or financing figure is
forbidden. One written exemption: the verbatim Estimations & Take-Offs quote in §4 contains "the
quantity and cost of each, as well as the total cost of the build" — the client's own published
sentence, no figure, no symbol, no rate. Trimming "cost" would misquote the client. **The word
"cost" inside that one verbatim quote is permitted. Everything else about money is not.**
- Any stock availability claim without API confirmation. Any permit/engineering/code-compliance
guarantee. Any before/after, personal-attribute implication, or fabricated urgency. Any deadline
chip (no confirmed seasonal cutoff). Any competitor comparison (Alair Homes permanently
excluded). French (Alberta client — 100% English).
- The prior run's ad set (`shops-garages-funnel\meta-ads\`) — mechanics studied, artwork not
reused, per the syndicate-the-brief rule.
## 13. GAPS — unresolved, logged, not guessed
See `notes\GAPS.md` (delivery ruling; CRM destination unconfirmed; VO owed).
# GAPS — Wolf Creek Building Supplies fleet run (2026-08-31)
1. **Delivery ruling (carried forward, still open).** wolfcreekbuilding.ca states verbatim: "With a
large fleet of delivery trucks, we can deliver your building materials across British Columbia,
Alberta and Saskatchewan." The standing gate requires `delivery: true` in members.json before any
delivery claim renders, and the record has no `delivery` field (re-checked 2026-08-31). HELD on
every surface this run. Needs Zak's ruling, not a guess.
2. **CRM destination unconfirmed.** Email/SMS ship as copy-paste assets with `{{first_name}}`-style
tokens and a token-mapping note. Do not assume GHL.
3. **VO owed.** Reels ship silent per the run architecture (zero paid generation). VO-SLOT.md
carries the window, three scripts, and the standing mix spec for when VO is recorded.
4. **"Precision Takeoff in as little as 2 business days"** is published on the destination page but
held off ads/email/SMS as a turnaround promise (no-lead-time gate). If Zak wants it in primary
text, it needs an explicit ruling.
5. **Mobile destination screenshot method.** Headless chrome clamps window width at ~500px
(verification-gotchas §2), so the true-375px mobile capture depends on the Cowork Browser pane
compositing. If the pane was hidden at capture time, the mobile shot is a 500px-wide capture and
is labelled as such in shots\ — flagged rather than faked.

Destination: **https://handley-garages.pages.dev/** (curl-verified; Basic-auth preview gate

`notes\PERMITTED-CLAIMS.md` (§ refs inline). No prices, no deadlines, no "in stock",
no 250,000-products claim, no unqualified delivery promises.
**Qualifier rule:** qualifiers travel WITH their promises in every field, and any promise
used in an ad must carry its qualifier in the Ads Manager primary text too — Meta truncates
headlines/descriptions first, so the qualifier's guaranteed home is the primary text.

| # | Headline | Source |

| H1 | Free Garage Plans. Real Quotes. | §7 verbatim |
| H2 | Build the Garage That Actually Fits | §7 verbatim |
| H3 | Six Plans, Drawn and Ready to Build | §7 |

## Descriptions (3)
| # | Description | Source |
| --- | --- | --- |
| D1 | Precision takeoff in as little as 2 business days. Free, no obligation. | §7 (qualifier "as little as" kept) |
| D2 | Rated 4.5 on Google · 50+ five-star reviews. Handley Lumber, Fenelon Falls. | §6 |
| D3 | Pick a plan, make it yours, send it for a quote. About two minutes. | §7 steps |
Qualifiers embedded above (must also appear in primary text when the promise is used):
- "as little as 2 business days" — never "2-day takeoff".
- "Free, no obligation" travels with every quote promise.
- Delivery is only ever "from our yard in Fenelon Falls" (site-access qualifier from §3
applies if delivery is ever promised beyond that — not promised in this deck).
- Review count is the five-star FLOOR "50+", never "119 five-star".
## Campaign structure recommendation
**1 campaign:** `handley-lumber_garages-2026` — objective Leads (or Traffic while the
preview gate is on; conversions can't fire behind Basic auth — flag to Zak at launch).
**Ad set 1 — Prospecting:** Kawartha Lakes + ~40km radius (Fenelon Falls, Bobcaygeon,
Coboconk, Lindsay; §2 supports region), 25–65+, homeowner-ish broad (no detailed targeting
narrowing; personal-attribute-safe). Creative: poster-fit singles (4 ratios) + garage-fit
reels. Placements: Advantage+ with 9:16 assets mapped to Stories/Reels, 1:1/4:5 to feeds,
16:9/1200×628 to right column + in-stream.
**Ad set 2 — Retargeting:** site visitors of handley-garages.pages.dev + FB/IG engagers,
30-day window. Creative: config-steps carousel (5×1:1, hook → decisions → proof → CTA) +
PT-2. Note: pixel/CAPI unconfirmed this run — if no pixel exists, run engagement-only
retargeting and log the gap.
CTA button: **Get Quote** (matches destination's free-quote mechanic; no "Shop Now").
## UTM table (append to destination in ads ONLY, never board links)
Scheme: `?utm_source={facebook|instagram}&utm_medium=paid-social&utm_campaign=garages-2026&utm_content=<asset-concept-slug>`
Set per-placement in Ads Manager; never baked into creative.
| Asset | utm_content | Example final URL (facebook) |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Singles (poster-fit, all 4 ratios) | `poster-fit` | https://handley-garages.pages.dev/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=paid-social&utm_campaign=garages-2026&utm_content=poster-fit |
| Carousel (config-steps, 5 cards) | `config-steps` | https://handley-garages.pages.dev/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=paid-social&utm_campaign=garages-2026&utm_content=config-steps |
| Reels (garage-fit, all 4 ratios) | `garage-fit` | https://handley-garages.pages.dev/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=paid-social&utm_campaign=garages-2026&utm_content=garage-fit |
Instagram placements swap `utm_source=instagram`; everything else identical.
# VO slot — Handley Lumber reels (garage-fit, 2026-09-01) Applies to all four files in `reels\out\` — 16x9 / 4x5 / 1x1 are `_r2_`, 9x16 stays `_r1_` (verified clean, never re-rendered). Reels ship SILENT (audio_streams=0 verified); VO is added later. Zero paid generation this run — VO OWED. ## Timing - Total runtime: 9.60s (7.0s content frame on zoompan 1.00→1.11, 0.4s crossfade @6.60s, 2.6s branded outro hold). - **VO window: 0.30s – 8.80s.** VO may run over the start of the silent branded outro card and must end at least 0.8s before the video ends. **Spec correction (fleet-wide, 2026-09-01):** the earlier 0.30–6.60s window with 35-40 word scripts was arithmetically impossible — 40 words in 6.3s is ~380 wpm, roughly double a natural read. That word count came from the 20-second reel format. Corrected fleet spec: window 0.30–8.80s, scripts **18–22 words** at a natural ~150–165 wpm. ## Script options (18–22 words; every claim traceable to notes\PERMITTED-CLAIMS.md) **Option A — plans-first** "Six garage plans, drawn and ready to build. Pick a size, get a free, no-obligation quote from Handley Lumber." *(19 words. Sources: destination §7 verbatim lines; qualifier travels with the quote promise.)* **Option B — heritage + proof** "Handley Lumber has helped Fenelon Falls build since 1936. Your garage starts online. About two minutes. No form to play with it." *(22 words. Sources: §1 since-1936 line; §7 "About two minutes. No form to play with it." verbatim.)* **Option C — takeoff speed** "Pick from six plans, make it yours, send it for a quote. Free, no obligation, from Handley Lumber in Fenelon Falls." *(21 words. Sources: §7 six plans / step names / free no-obligation quote line.)* Claim guardrails: no "in stock", no prices/offers/deadlines, no "250,000 products", no unqualified delivery promises (delivery stays "from our yard in Fenelon Falls"), no "ready within 24 hours" without "most orders" (not used here at all). ## Standing mix spec (vault rule — no audible ducking) - VO: loudnorm to a constant level (e.g. `loudnorm=I=-16:TP=-1.5:LRA=11`), NO level rides. - Music bed: fixed low level ~**0.24** for the full duration — never automated against VO. - EQ carve on the bed: cut around **2.5kHz** (speech-presence band) so VO sits clear without level changes. - Fades ONLY at the ends (bed fade-in at 0, fade-out into/through the outro). - **NO sidechain ducking / no compressor pumping** — rejected standing rule. - Music treated skeptically; silent delivery is the shipped default.

- Siding vendor: **Gentek** — confirmed by Michael at Handley (CASTLE-VENDOR-COLOUR-LIBRARY.md 2026-08-28). Lines: Sequoia Select (lap), Sequoia Select Board & Batten, SteelTek (steel).
- Metal roofing vendor: **Westman Steel** — confirmed (same source).
- **Vicwest is NOT confirmed for Handley** — explicitly flagged in the catalog as an inferred guess; never render it.
- Hex values in the catalog are Web Conductors' on-screen approximations; the real spec is vendor name + code.
### Rendered colour list (carousel card 3 — the only surface that names colours)
The four Westman Steel colour names rendered on carousel card 3, verbatim from
`C:\Claude\handley-garage-lead\vendor-catalog\handley-lumber.json` (roofingMetal → Westman
Steel, confirmed:true):
| Rendered name | Vendor code | Swatch hex (WC on-screen approximation) |

Card 3 carries the disclosure "Swatches are on-screen approximations." (r2). The Gentek
card names lines only (Sequoia Select / Board & Batten / SteelTek), no colour names; its
four dots are unlabeled swatches drawn from the same catalog's hex approximations

## 7. Ad destination surface (handley-garages.pages.dev, captured live 2026-08-31)
These lines exist on the destination the ads land on; ads may echo them:
- "Free garage plans. Real quotes."
- "Build the garage that actually fits."
- "Six plans, drawn and ready to build. Pick a size, tell it what is going in, and Handley Lumber prices the whole build off the same drawing your builder frames from. Free, no obligation."
- "Free, no-obligation quote on any of the six plans"
- "Precision Takeoff in as little as 2 business days"
- "Delivery from our yard in Fenelon Falls"
- "About two minutes. No form to play with it."
- Four steps: "What is going in it / Make it yours / Send it for a quote / What it comes to"
- Step-1 uses: "Vehicle parking / Workshop / Seasonal storage / Hobby space"
- Observed plan facts (configurator screenshots): "12×24 Single car garage 288 SQ FT" (plan 2 of 6), "16×24 Single car garage 344 SQ FT" (plan 3 of 6), "22×24 Double car garage 528 SQ FT" (plan 4 of 6), "24×30 Double car garage 720 SQ FT" (plan 6 of 6).
- Preview ribbon (their own gate): "Preview build for Handley Lumber. Quote requests do not file automatically yet."
## Heritage phrasing rule
Their own site supports the serving claim verbatim: "We've been helping Fenelon Falls build
with confidence since 1936" and "Your Local Building Partner Since 1936". Permitted forms:
either of those verbatim, "Building Kawartha Lakes Together Since 1936", or the safe short
form "Since 1936". "Serving Fenelon Falls since 1936" is a fair compression of their own
"helping Fenelon Falls build … since 1936" — allowed, but prefer their verbatim lines.
## EXCLUSIONS (deliberately withheld, and why)
- "over 250,000 products" access claim — it describes the Castle network's catalog, not
Handley's shelf; in a 5-word ad context it reads as store inventory. Withheld from ads;
9,000+ is the honest store-level number (used only with "products" phrasing, not SKUs).
- "Need a delivery to Muskoka or Toronto? No problem." — an open-ended promise with no
qualifier; withheld from ads/emails (delivery claims stay "from our yard in Fenelon Falls"
/ "Kawartha Lakes & surrounding areas" with the site-access qualifier when promised).
- "Ready Within 24 Hours" — their site immediately qualifies it as "Most orders". The
unqualified form never renders; only "Most orders are ready within 24 hours."
- Milwaukee/GAF/PPG and all product-brand names — third-party marks, not needed for a
garage-package funnel; withheld everywhere.
- Vicwest — explicitly unconfirmed in the vendor catalog; never rendered.
- "In Stock" claims of any kind — no live inventory API check this run (standing rule).
- Prices, offers, discounts, deadlines — none exist in any source; none rendered.
- The Google reviews COUNT displayed is the five-star floor "50+", never "119 five-star"
(119 is total reviews at 4.5, not five-star count).
- members.json `reviews: 118` — stale vs the dated snapshot (119); snapshot wins.
- DALL-E image on their about page and the stock photos on their site (TIM8 house render,
Custom_Millwork, Paint_Mixing, Rekeying, Tool_Repair, and the four blue-duotone banner
slides for direct reuse — baked-in text) — all excluded from creative (stock/AI/composited).
## GAPS (unresolvable this run — logged, not guessed)
1. Privacy policy for email footer: https://handleylumber.ca/policies/privacy-policy
curl-verified HTTP 200 on 2026-08-31 → link IS permitted in emails.
2. CRM unconfirmed → email/SMS ship as copy-paste assets with `{{token}}` placeholders.
3. No confirmed seasonal cutoff → zero deadline chips anywhere.
4. Exact five-star star-count of each quoted review verified in snapshot (all 5★). No
4★ quotes used.
5. The configurator's six plans: four observed live (12×24, 16×24, 22×24, 24×30); plans 1
and 5 not captured. "Six plans" claim comes from the destination's own copy; individual
size claims render only for observed plans.
6. Basic-auth demo gate stays on the destination ("destination unlocks on signing") —
boards phrase it exactly that way.
# GAPS — Handley Lumber · garages-2026 · 2026-08-31
Stop-and-log items. Nothing here was guessed around; the rest of the package shipped.
## ⚠ FLAG — identifiable staff imagery: `meta-ads\src\img\mill-chris-ken.jpg`
- The filename names **Chris and Ken Handley** — real, identifiable family members
("from Joe to Ray, from Ken to Chris", their about page; the brand kit labels it
"Chris & Ken at the planing mill (500×375, heritage)").
- **Usage check (grep of every rendered HTML unit + manifest.json): the file is referenced
by ZERO rendered statics and ZERO reel frames.** It sits in `src\img\` as harvested
inventory only. All 9 shipped PNGs and 8 reel frames use only logo, storefront, delivery
truck, and configurator captures.
- So it is NOT a live blocker on the r1 assets — but it is a loaded gun for r2: **any paid
ad using identifiable people requires documented consent from the people shown.** The
claims file does not clear it (no consent record exists anywhere in the sources). If a
future revision reaches for it, the judge should block until Zak has written consent from
Chris and Ken. Recommend either obtaining consent at signing or removing the file from
`src\img\` so it can't drift into a render.
- **RESOLVED (fix pass r2, 2026-09-01): the file was DELETED from `src\img\`** per the
judge-verified nit — unused, consent-flagged, removed so it cannot drift into a render.
Re-harvest from the brand kit only if written consent from Chris and Ken lands.
- **Related r2 fix: `delivery.jpg` (identifiable forklift operator) removed from the 9x16
static** — replaced with the people-free `storefront.jpg`. delivery.jpg stays in
`src\img\` as harvested inventory but now renders NOWHERE (grep-verified); same consent
rule applies before any future use.
- Related tripwire: Gregg's 5★ review mentions Ken by name; the rendered proof card uses
the edward krets quote instead — keep it that way unless consent lands.
## Open items carried into launch
1. **Basic-auth preview gate** on https://handley-garages.pages.dev/ (curl-verified 401
unauth, by design — "destination unlocks on signing"). Ads CANNOT go live against a
401 destination; Meta's crawler will fail the link. Launch is blocked until signing
flips the gate. Also: conversion tracking (pixel/CAPI) unconfirmed — deck recommends
Traffic objective + engagement retargeting until a pixel exists.
2. **CRM unconfirmed** — email/SMS shipped as copy-paste assets with `{{token}}`
placeholders and a mapping table (email-sms\TOKENS.md). Never assume GHL.
3. **VO owed** — reels shipped silent (zero paid generation this run). Three scripts +
mix spec staged in reels\VO-SLOT.md, VO window 0.30–6.60s.
4. **Configurator plans 1 and 5 never observed** — size claims render only for the four
observed plans (12×24, 16×24, 22×24, 24×30). "Six plans" claim rests on the
destination's own copy.
5. **Destination preview ribbon** states "Quote requests do not file automatically yet" —
flips live when a GHL location is signed (members.json note). Same signing dependency
as item 1.
6. **No seasonal cutoff confirmed** — zero deadline chips anywhere (verified by grep).
7. Privacy policy was NOT a gap: https://handleylumber.ca/policies/privacy-policy
re-verified HTTP 200 on 2026-08-31 by this agent → linked in all three emails.

### SMS.md
# Amherst Supply - SMS drip (3 messages, copy-paste)
Pair with the email drip (Day 0 / 3 / 7). Every message identifies the sender, carries an
opt-out, and ENDS with the booking CTA link token. Claims trace to `notes\PERMITTED-CLAIMS.md`.
**SMS 1 - Day 0 (after quote request)**
> Amherst Supply: got your garage quote request. Our team prices the full build and gets back
> to you. The quote is free. Reply STOP to opt out. Review your picks: {{quote_link}}
**SMS 2 - Day 3 (proof)**
> Amherst Supply: 60+ five-star Google reviews from the yard pricing your garage. The form
> takes about two minutes and the quote is free. Reply STOP to opt out. Get yours: {{quote_link}}
**SMS 3 - Day 7 (nudge + delivery)**
> Amherst Supply: six garage sizes, drawn to build from. We price the full build; pickup or
> delivery at a reasonable rate. Reply STOP to opt out. Free quote: {{quote_link}}
Traceability: free quote / two-minute form / six sizes / team prices the full build - claims
Section D. 60+ five-star - Section C floor. Delivery "at a reasonable rate" - item 14
(qualifier travels with the mention).
See `TOKEN-MAP.md` for token semantics. CASL/CTIA: sender named in every message, STOP present,
consent = the quote request itself (express inquiry); confirm the client's SMS consent capture
before sending (CRM unconfirmed - notes\GAPS.md).
### TOKEN-MAP.md
# Token mapping - Amherst Supply drip (CRM UNCONFIRMED)
Generic `{{token}}` placeholders on purpose: Amherst's CRM is not confirmed (do NOT assume
GHL). Map at import time:
| Token | Meaning | GHL (IF confirmed) | Mailchimp | Klaviyo |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `{{first_name}}` | Recipient first name | `{{contact.first_name}}` | `*\|FNAME\|*` | `{{ first_name }}` |
| `{{quote_url}}` | Garage builder destination (email CTA) | custom value | merge URL | variable |
| `{{quote_link}}` | Same destination as an SMS short link | trigger link | n/a | short link |
| `{{unsubscribe_url}}` | CASL unsubscribe (platform-generated) | `{{unsubscribe_link}}` | `*\|UNSUB\|*` | `{% unsubscribe %}` |
`{{quote_url}}` / `{{quote_link}}` default: `https://amherst-garages.pages.dev/` - currently
BASIC-AUTH GATED (401). The drip must not ship until the gate drops on signing (notes\GAPS.md).
Email links carry no UTMs by default (UTM scheme is ads-only per _shared\DESTINATIONS.md); if
email attribution is wanted later, use utm_medium=email with the client's approval.
Verified hosted assets used in the HTML emails (curl 200, 2026-08-31):
- Logo: `https://www.amherstsupply.com/assets/logo.png` (image/png, 320x96 native, displayed at 160px)
- Privacy policy: `https://www.amherstsupply.com/privacy-policy` (real page; 404 control checked)
Font note: Sora/Urbanist are the brand's web families but are not email-safe; the HTML emails
use an Arial/Helvetica stack by design.

# Amherst Supply - Meta ads copy deck (garages-2026)
Every claim below traces to `notes\PERMITTED-CLAIMS.md` (item numbers cited). Castle phrasing
is locked to item 13's narrowed form: "A Castle Building Centre member since 2010." - no other
Castle wording renders anywhere.
**QUALIFIER RULE (paste into Ads Manager, not just here):** qualifiers travel WITH the promise
in the SAME primary text field. "Free" applies to the garage plans and the quote only, never
the build. Delivery is a PAID service ("at a reasonable rate", item 14) - any delivery mention
carries that qualifier in the same primary text. These qualifiers must go into the Ads Manager
primary text field itself, not only in this deck.
**LAUNCH BLOCKER:** the destination is basic-auth gated (HTTP 401 unauthenticated, verified
2026-08-31 - "destination unlocks on signing"). Ads must NOT go live until the gate drops.
## Primary texts (3)
**PT1 - fit-first (pairs with the split-editorial singles)**
> Build the garage that actually fits. Six sizes, every one of them drawn to build from. Pick
> yours, turn it around on screen, and send it in. The plans and the quote are free. Our team
> prices the full build, then you pick it up or arrange delivery (delivery at a reasonable
> rate). Family-owned building supply in Amherstburg. A Castle Building Centre member since 2010.
Traceability: six sizes / drawn to build from / drag to turn / send for quote / free plans +
free quote / team prices the full build / pick up or arrange delivery - Section D. Delivery
qualifier - item 14. Family-owned Amherstburg - item 1. Castle line - item 13 narrowed form.
**PT2 - proof-first (pairs with the carousel)**
> "They always cut my wood to my specifications, guys in the warehouse are excellent." Linda
> Lacey · Google review. 60+ five-star Google reviews. That is the yard that prices your
> garage: pick one of six sizes, send it in with a two-minute form, and the quote is free.
> Amherst Supply, 1500 Alma St, Amherstburg.
Traceability: quote verbatim - Section C review 2, attributed per the floor rule. "60+" - the
rounded-down floor (63 → 60+, Section C). Six sizes / two-minute form / free quote - Section D.
Address - item 27.
**PT3 - process walk (pairs with the reel)**
> What is the garage for? Start there. Make it yours: six sizes, drag to turn the 3D model,
> adjust the options, then send it for a quote with a two-minute form. Free garage plans. Real
> quotes. Our team prices the full build, and you pick it up or arrange delivery (delivery at
> a reasonable rate, locally and long distance).
Traceability: wizard steps verbatim - Section D. Delivery + qualifier - item 14.
## Headlines (5)
1. Build the garage that actually fits. - (creative concept line, grounded in Section D)
2. Free garage plans. Real quotes. - (Section D verbatim)
3. Six sizes. Drawn to build from. - (Section D narrowed)
4. See it on your lot. - (Section D verbatim)
5. Free garage quote. Two-minute form. - (Section D verbatim)
## Descriptions (3)
1. Family-owned in Amherstburg since 2010. - (items 1, 10, 21)
2. 60+ five-star Google reviews. - (Section C floor)
3. Our team prices the full build. - (Section D)
## Campaign structure (recommendation)
- **1 campaign:** `amherst-supply garages-2026`. Objective: Traffic (landing-page views) at
launch - no Meta pixel is confirmed on the destination, so conversion optimization has
nothing to bind to (see notes\GAPS.md). Revisit Leads/Conversions once a pixel exists.
- **Ad set 1 - Prospecting:** Amherstburg + Essex County (~40 km radius incl. Windsor), 25–65,
broad; the creative does the qualifying.
- **Ad set 2 - Retargeting:** FB/IG page + ad engagers 90 days. Website custom audiences are
impossible until the auth gate drops AND a pixel is installed.
- **Placements:** Feeds (1:1 / 4:5), Stories + Reels (9:16 statics + the reel), in-stream off,
right column off, Audience Network off. Use the 1200×628 for desktop feed link placements.
- **Creative mapping:** singles = PT1; carousel (5 × 1:1 configurator-story cards) = PT2;
reel = PT3. Boost-safe: low text density, no personal attributes, no before/after, real
facts only.

## Never-render list (enforced by self-grep, see notes\SELF-QC.md)
No prices, no promos, no deadline chips, no "In Stock", no warranties/guarantees, no exact
"63", no raw "4.5" or "138" as a rating display, no "5.0 / 9" widget figure, no Castle wording
beyond item 13's sentence or its narrowed form, no em dashes in new copy.
# Amherst Supply - reel VO slot (VO OWED, zero paid generation this run)
Applies to all four silent reels in `reels\out\` (9:16 lead, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9 - all verified
`audio_streams=0`, 9.6s). Record later (Google TTS or human read per standing rules), mix per
spec below, deliver as a NEW file. Never overwrite the verified silent masters.
## Timing (SPEC CORRECTION r2, fleet-wide 2026-09-01)
The r1 window (0.30–6.60s) could not hold 35-40 words at a natural read (~150-165 wpm
needs 13-16s for 35-40 words). Corrected fleet spec: the VO window is now **0.30–8.80s**
(the VO may run over the start of the silent branded outro card) and scripts are trimmed
to **18-22 words** each. The VO must END at or before 8.80s = at least 0.8s before video end.
| Segment | Window |
| --- | --- |
| **VO window** | **0.30s – 8.80s** (8.5s usable; VO ends >=0.8s before the 9.6s video end) |
| Content zoompan (1.00→1.11) | 0.0s – ~7.0s |
| Crossfade | ~7.0s – 7.4s |
| Branded outro card | ~7.4s – 9.6s (VO may overlap its start; must be done by 8.80s) |
## Script options (18–22 words each, ~150-165 wpm; every claim traceable to `notes\PERMITTED-CLAIMS.md`)
**Option A - fit-first (21 words, ~7.6-8.4s at 150-165 wpm)**
"Pick from six garage sizes, every one drawn to build from, and send it in. The quote is
free, no obligation."
- Claims: six sizes / drawn to build from / send it for a quote - Section D. The quote promise carries its qualifiers: free + no obligation (Section D hero line "Free, no obligation").
**Option B - local proof (20 words, ~7.3-8.0s)**
"Family owned in Amherstburg since 2010, with sixty-plus five-star Google reviews. Pick
your size and get a free, no-obligation quote."
- Claims: family-owned Amherstburg since 2010 (items 1, 21) / 60+ five-star (Section C floor 63 → "60+") / pick your size (Section D) / free, no-obligation quote (Section D, qualifiers attached to the promise).
**Option C - process walk (21 words, ~7.6-8.4s)**
"Free garage plans. Pick what it is for, choose one of six sizes, and our team prices the
build. No obligation."
- Claims: all Section D verbatim/narrowed ("Free garage plans", wizard step 1 choose-what-it-is-for, six sizes, "Our team prices the full build" narrowed). The free-plans promise travels with "No obligation" (Section D hero line).
Voice notes: plain, family-yard register (brand kit Section 5). No em-dash cadence, no
fragment-triads. Brand name is spoken only in Option C's implied "our team" context and
nowhere required; phone number is NEVER in VO (outro-card-only rule).
## Standing mix spec (fixed - not negotiable per standing rules)
- VO: loudnorm to a CONSTANT level (single-pass loudnorm, e.g. I=-16 LUFS for social); no
level automation on the VO.
- Music bed: fixed low bed at **~0.24** gain, constant. NO sidechain ducking, NO audible
pumping (sidechain rejected by Zak, standing).
- EQ: **2.5kHz carve** on the music bed (notch/dip to clear VO presence band).
- Fades: at the ENDS ONLY (bed fade-in at 0, fade-out into the outro); no mid-clip fades.
- Outro segment: VO may spill over the outro card's start but ends by 8.80s (>=0.8s before
video end); after that, bed tail fade only.

## D. Destination (configurator) — claims the funnel itself makes, verified live 2026-08-31
- https://amherst-garages.pages.dev/ — 401 unauthenticated, 200 authenticated, noindex twice.
- Page title: "Shops & Garages | Amherst Supply, Amherstburg".
- The wizard: Step 1 "What is the garage for?" → Step 2 "Make it yours" (pick one of six sizes, drag to turn the 3D model, adjust options) → "Send it for a quote" (name/email/phone form). "Six sizes. Every one of them drawn to build from." "Free garage plans. Real quotes." "See it on your lot." Process list on-page: "Pick your size / Say where and when / Our team prices the full build / Pick it up or arrange delivery."
- The page displays "60+ five-star Google reviews." — consistent with the snapshot floor (63 → 60+).
- Free quote mechanic: "Free garage quote. Two-minute form." / "Get My Free Garage Quote". This is the only offer mechanic permitted in ads: a free quote. No prices, no promos, no deadlines.

of the authenticated live destination captured 2026-08-31. Appended because carousel card 2
renders two of these lines verbatim and the r1 file omitted them (judge blocker: omissions
read as fabrications). Transcribed verbatim:
- Preview banner: "Preview build for Amherst Supply. Quote requests do not file automatically yet."
- Header CTA: "Get My Free Garage Quote" · phone "(519) 713-9318".
- Eyebrow: "FREE GARAGE PLANS. REAL QUOTES."

Bolded lines are the two carousel-card-2 lines the r1 file omitted. Lines below the desktop
screenshot's 2000px capture are not transcribed here (recorded limitation, not an omission
claim); the §D summary above remains the record for those.
## E. Discrepancies (recorded, resolved toward the live site)
1. **Castle membership** — members.json `castleMember: false` vs the site's own FAQ verbatim (item 13). The site's own published claim wins. Assets may only use item 13's sentence or its narrowed form. members.json should be corrected at source.
2. **Hours** — members.json "Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 5:00" vs the site's Mon–Fri 7:30am–5:30pm (contact page + footer + FAQ JSON-LD all agree). If hours render anywhere, use the site's 7:30–5:30. members.json flagged for correction.
## F. EXCLUSIONS (deliberately withheld from all creative)
- Castle wording other than item 13/its narrowed form — including the About page's "fastest-growing buying group" passage (item 25) and the shareholder language; the addendum locks phrasing to the FAQ sentence.
- The on-site "5.0 / 9 ratings" JSON-LD figure — self-hosted widget count, not Google; would misrepresent the public rating.
- Castle co-brand orange #FBB41C as text on light ground (1.80:1 contrast fail) or as an ambient Amherst brand colour — affiliation-only.
- All identifiable-person photography in paid creative: grand-opening ribbon photo (~18 people), 4-person storefront photo, and all 14 staff photos — no confirmed release (photo release gate). Distant/unidentifiable figures acceptable per the kit's per-photo notes.
- All stock imagery, even from their own site (lumber cutout, toolbox, chicken, handshake, Shutterstock-watermarked materials render) — imagery rule: client's own photography only.
- "More than a building supplier" / pole-barn positioning — not on the live site this pass, not re-verified against the Creative Profile; withheld.
- Pricing, delivery-radius mileage, stock-level claims ("In Stock"), warranties/guarantees — none published; never invented. Neutral CTAs only.
- Staff-name quotes beyond the verbatim testimonial/review lists — role labels are not quotes.
- Deadline chips / seasonal cutoffs — no confirmed cutoff exists.
- The site's own em-dash construction (item 18) — never carried into new copy.
- Exact five-star count (63) — displayed only as the rounded-down "60+".
## G. GAPS (unresolved, for a human)
1. Photo releases unconfirmed for every identifiable-person photo — blocks all people-forward creative until releases exist. The reviews praise counter/warehouse staff vividly; a released staff photo would materially strengthen this direction.
2. CRM unconfirmed for Amherst — email/SMS tokens are generic `{{first_name}}`-style with a mapping note; do not assume GHL.
3. members.json corrections (Castle flag, hours) need to be made at source — out of this agent's write scope.
4. `/shop` catalogue and remaining nav pages (Contractors, Careers, Building Packages, Monthly Flyer) not copy-audited; no claims drawn from them.
5. Google 4.5/138 carried from the dated snapshot (2026-08-31), not re-pulled live by this agent.
# Amherst Supply - GAPS (unresolved, for a human)
Consolidates the claims-file gaps (PERMITTED-CLAIMS.md Section G) plus what this closing pass found.
## Launch blockers
1. **Destination is basic-auth gated.** `https://amherst-garages.pages.dev/` returns 401
unauthenticated (verified by curl 2026-08-31, by design: "destination unlocks on signing").
Ads, emails, and SMS all point at it; NOTHING ships until the gate drops.
2. **VO is owed.** All four reels are silent masters by design (zero paid generation this run).
Scripts + mix spec ready in `reels\VO-SLOT.md`; recording and mix are a follow-up task.
3. **No Meta pixel confirmed on the destination.** Campaign structure in META-DECK.md therefore
recommends Traffic objective at launch; Leads/Conversions and website retargeting need a
pixel installed after the gate drops.
## Client/process gaps
4. **Photo releases unconfirmed** for every identifiable-person photo (ribbon-cutting ~18
people, 4-person storefront, all 14 staff). None used in any rendered asset (verified, see
SELF-QC). Blocks people-forward creative, which the reviews would otherwise support well.
5. **CRM unconfirmed.** Email/SMS use generic `{{token}}` placeholders with a mapping table
(`email-sms\TOKEN-MAP.md`). Do not assume GHL. SMS consent capture must be confirmed
against the client's quote-form flow before the SMS drip is armed.
6. **members.json corrections needed at source** (out of this agent's write scope):
`castleMember: false` is wrong per the site's own FAQ; hours "8:00 to 5:00" are wrong per
the site's 7:30am-5:30pm.
7. **Google 4.5/138 and the 63-review five-star floor** are from the dated snapshot
(2026-08-31), not re-pulled live at ship time. Re-verify the "60+" floor if shipping is
delayed materially.
8. **/shop catalogue + remaining nav pages** (Contractors, Careers, Building Packages, Monthly
Flyer) never copy/image-audited; no claims drawn from them.
## Nits (recorded, not blocking)
9. **store-large.jpg source carries a faint HUAWEI camera watermark** at its bottom-left (it is
the client's own photo, cropped from `store-exterior-construction-highres.png` 3648x2736,
NOT stock). The rendered statics cover-crop it out (verified by zoom on the 1x1 render);
if anyone re-crops or re-frames that image, keep the bottom-left sliver out of frame.
10. **Brand-kit photo table descriptions are swapped** for two files: the kit describes
`store-exterior-construction-highres.png` as the dirt-lot scene and the 912px webp as the
crane-truck scene; pixel inspection shows the reverse (highres PNG = crane truck + paved
lot; 912px webp = dirt-lot scene with the distant figure and Huawei watermark strip). The
release calls are unaffected (neither scene has identifiable people).
11. **Email fonts:** Sora/Urbanist are not email-safe; HTML emails use an Arial stack by
design. The full logo lockup sits on white in emails, so the baked-in orange "castle" line
is low-contrast there; the Castle claim is carried in body text (Day 3), so the logo line
is not the legible carrier.
12. **Mobile screenshot is at the 500px headless floor** (`shots\...mobile_500x1082-headless-floor...`),
not true 375px; gotcha logged by the prior agent per verification-gotchas (headless Chrome
fakes overflow below ~500px).

# RB Castle — Meta ads copy deck (garages-2026, r1, 2026-08-31)
Every claim traces to `notes\PERMITTED-CLAIMS.md` (section refs inline). Compression narrows,
never widens.
## Hard rules baked into this deck
- Brand lead is **RB Castle** — never lead with "Burnstown Castle" (that is the location /
Google-listing name; it appears only in review attribution or as a location label).
- NO postal codes anywhere (live site self-contradictions — GAPS 1–2).
- NO hours anywhere (site vs Google conflict — GAPS 3).
- Service area language: "Ottawa Valley" only. "McNab/Braeside" appears only as the yard's
location fact, never as a service-area boundary.
- Review floor display: **"30+"** five-star reviews (provable floor 30, rounded down; §C).
Rating cited as 4.8 (snapshot 2026-08-31, 40 reviews).
- No deadline chips, no invented offers. "Free" applies to the plans/quote only (§D verbatim).
## Qualifier rule (travels with every promise — ALSO paste into Ads Manager primary text)
- "Free, no obligation" must accompany every quote promise. (§D)
- Turnaround is always "usually within two business days" — the word "usually" travels. (§D)
- Whole-build pricing promise carries "Foundation is quoted separately." (§D)
- Plans note where space allows: "Plans are based on the Ontario Building Code. Local
building practices and regulations vary, so check with your local building official
before starting construction." (§D — at minimum it lives on the destination; keep it in
any long-copy surface.)

## Campaign structure (recommendation)
**1 campaign:** `rb-castle_garages-2026` (objective: Leads or Traffic → configurator;
destination is the configurator itself, no wrapper page).
**Ad set 1 — Prospecting.** Broad Ottawa Valley area (set geo in Ads Manager; no radius/town
list is verifiable — GAPS 6 — so use Meta geo tools, don't bake geography into copy).
Creative: PT1/PT3 + headlines 1–4; lead asset 9:16 reel, then 1:1/4:5 statics, carousel
(hook → configurator decisions → proof → close), 1200×628 for right column/search.
**Ad set 2 — Retargeting.** Site visitors / engagers. Creative: PT2 + headlines 2 & 5 +
review-proof carousel cards.
**Placements:** Advantage+ acceptable; ensure Feed (FB/IG), Stories/Reels (9:16 lead),
Right column (1200×628). Reels are silent this run (VO owed — see `reels\VO-SLOT.md`);
they are built to read without sound.

Target read: **18–22 words** at a natural ~150–165 wpm.
> SPEC CORRECTION (fleet-wide, 2026-09-01): the original 0.30–6.60s window with 35–40-word
> scripts was carried over from 20s-reel pacing — 35–40 words in 6.3s is ~350 wpm, unreadable.
> Window widened to 0.30–8.80s and all three scripts trimmed to 18–22 words. This supersedes
> the r1 spec and the r2 Blocker-4 40-word revision of Option A.
## Script options (every phrase traceable to `notes\PERMITTED-CLAIMS.md`)
### Option A — screen-first mechanics (21 words)
> Six garage plans, drawn and ready to build. RB Castle prices the whole build.
> Foundation is quoted separately. Free, no obligation.
Trace: §D "Six plans, drawn and ready to build" · "prices the whole build" · "Foundation is
quoted separately." (mandatory qualifier — travels with the whole-build pricing promise) ·
"Free, no obligation".
### Option B — heritage + turnaround (21 words)
> A yard that's been doing this since 1936. Pick a plan, get a free, no-obligation quote,
> usually within two business days.
Trace: §D "A yard that has been doing this since 1936" · "Pick a plan. Get a number." ·
"Free, no-obligation quote" · "usually within two business days". No whole-build pricing
promise is made, so the foundation qualifier is not required — but the deck's standing rule
("'Free, no obligation' accompanies every quote promise") applies and now travels here.
(21 words.)
### Option C — fit-first (22 words)
> Tell it what's going in, and the right size lights up. About two minutes, free,
> no obligation. Build it on screen first.
Trace: §D "Tell it what is going in, and the right size lights up" · "About two minutes" ·
"Free, no-obligation" · "Build it on screen first". No whole-build pricing promise is made,
so the foundation qualifier is not required here. (The r1 opener "Build the garage that
actually fits." was dropped with this trim — it is the line the Wolf Creek package keeps.)
## Standing mix spec (non-negotiable)
- VO: loudnorm to a constant level (single-pass `loudnorm`, e.g. I=-16 LUFS, TP=-1.5,
LRA=11), then NO further level rides. VO level is constant.
- Music bed: fixed low bed at **~0.24** gain, constant for the whole clip.
- Bed EQ: **2.5 kHz carve** (notch/dip in the bed around 2.5 kHz) so the VO sits on top —
spectral separation, not level automation.
- Fades: at the ENDS only (bed fade-in at head, fade-out at tail). No mid-clip fades.
- **NO sidechain ducking.** No compressor keyed off the VO. Rejected pattern — the
constant-bed + carve approach replaces it.
- Music treated skeptically; a bed is optional, VO-only is acceptable.
- Output remains 4-ratio set; re-mux audio onto the existing silent masters with
`ffmpeg -nostdin` (never re-encode video).

- "Financing available through Flexiti Financial. Apply online or in store." (+ full O.A.C.
disclaimer block, verbatim on destination)
- "Pick a plan. Get a number. Build it."

- "usually within two business days"
- "Serving builders, DIYers and cottagers across McNab/Braeside and the surrounding area

- NOTE: destination proof line currently reads "4.7 on Google across 39 reviews" (built from
the 2026-08-13 harvest). The fresher 2026-08-31 snapshot reads 4.8 × 40. Creative uses the
fresher, sourced C values; the one-tick LP mismatch is logged in GAPS.

## EXCLUSIONS — deliberately withheld, and why
1. POSTAL CODES — both locations. Burnstown: site text K0J 1G0 vs the same page's own map
link and Google Places K0G 1J0. Renfrew: site text K7V 1T9 vs the site's own map link
K7V 2T2. Live self-contradictions; NO postal code renders anywhere. Street + town only.
2. HOURS — the live Burnstown page (read 2026-08-31) publishes Mon–Fri 7:30–5:00 / Sat
9:00–2:00, which conflicts with Google Places hours (Mon–Fri 8–5 / Sat 8–4 / Sun closed)
that the destination footer also shows. Two live conflicting sources = hours do not render
in any ad/email/SMS. (Supersedes the briefing note that the site had no hours; the site
NOW has them, and they conflict, which lands in the same place: do not render.)
3. The "Yard Sale" promo (15% off, Aug 28–29) — dated, expired, inventory-specific. Never
renders. The composited promo banner photo never ships.
4. Any price point, discount %, or price guarantee beyond the verbatim phrase "competitive
pricing" — none verified as live standing offers.
5. Warranty/guarantee language for RB Castle services — none exists on-site. ("Limited
lifetime shingles" in D is a materials spec of the shingle product on the plan list; it is
not an RB Castle warranty and is not used in headline/promise positions.)
6. Awards, "#1", "best in the Valley" superlatives — none exist. Not rendered.
7. Stock-in-hand claims on specific SKUs — standing rule (no stock claims without live API
confirmation). The destination's own "Stocked, not sourced" line may be quoted verbatim as
destination copy, but creative adds no SKU-level "in stock" claims.
8. Individual staff names/emails (ashleys@, juliac@, ericd@, etc.) and staff bio photos —
directory information; only info@rbcastle.ca is public-facing. Bob (yard) appears ONLY
inside the verbatim Doug Jordan review quote, never as our own copy.
9. Hours-adjacent urgency, deadline chips, seasonal cutoffs — no member has a confirmed
seasonal cutoff. None render.
10. "Renfrew Building Centre" closure (Feb 2026) — real history but negative framing; not ad
material. Withheld from all creative.
11. Service-area boundary beyond the verbatim phrases "Ottawa Valley" / "McNab/Braeside and
the surrounding area" — no town list or radius exists; none invented.
12. Google listing name "Burnstown Building Supply Inc." — legacy Google name; not used in
creative. Review attribution uses the listing displayName "Burnstown Castle" only where
a listing name is shown; marketing lead is always RB Castle.
13. French copy — Ontario client, 100% English (standing rule).
14. The site's CSS yellow #FABA1B — off-logo implementation; canonical gold is the sampled
#FFC65A, and gold is never text-on-light (1.56:1 fails AA).
## ADDENDUM (r2 fix pass, 2026-09-01) — destination-verbatim lines omitted from §D at r1
Both lines below were already rendered in the r1 carousel and are destination-verbatim; they
were absent from this file, which the judge correctly read as an incomplete truth record.
Added so the record is complete (sources: `notes\destination-copy.txt`, captured 2026-08-31).
- "What is the garage for?" — destination-copy.txt line 39 (STEP 1 panel heading). Rendered
verbatim as carousel-2's headline.
- "The smallest plan that holds it. Change anything; the model keeps up." — destination-copy.txt
line 55 (STEP 2 panel). Carousel-3 renders the second sentence split into two ("Change
anything. The model keeps up.") — a punctuation split of the verbatim line, no words added.
## GAPS — unresolved, logged (mirror in notes\GAPS.md)
See `notes\GAPS.md` for the live list; summary: postal conflicts (x2), hours conflicts
(site vs Google), destination proof line one harvest stale (4.7/39 vs 4.8/40), legal entity
name unverified, service-area boundary unverified, building-supply canon still draft status.
# RB Castle — GAPS (stop-and-log ledger, 2026-08-31)
1. POSTAL CONFLICT (Burnstown): site visible text K0J 1G0 vs same page's map link + Google
Places K0G 1J0. No postal code rendered anywhere. Needs a human to confirm with the client.
2. POSTAL CONFLICT (Design Centre, Renfrew): site text K7V 1T9 vs site's own map link K7V 2T2.
Same handling.
3. HOURS CONFLICT: rbcastle.ca/pages/burnstown (read 2026-08-31) now publishes Mon–Fri
7:30am–5:00pm / Sat 9:00am–2:00pm; Google Places (and the destination footer, built from
the 2026-08-13 harvest) says Mon–Fri 8–5 / Sat 8–4 / Sun closed. The client addendum said
the site had no published hours; it does now, and they conflict with Google. Hours render
NOWHERE in this package. Factory follow-up: refresh Google listing or site, then update the
destination footer.
3b. NOTE for whoever refreshes hours: the site line "Saturday hours remain unchanged for
winter" suggests the 9–2 Saturday is current. Human confirms.
4. DESTINATION PROOF LINE STALE BY ONE HARVEST — **PRE-SPEND DEPENDENCY**: the destination
rb-castle-garages.pages.dev v1.18.5 renders "4.7 on Google across 39 reviews"; the
2026-08-31 snapshot reads 4.8 × 40, and the ads render 4.8 / "30+ five-star". A user who
clicks the ad lands on a page whose proof line contradicts the ad by one tick. This is a
configurator-repo fix (not this package's surface): the factory must rebuild the
destination with the fresh 4.8/40-sourced values BEFORE any spend goes live behind these
ads. Do not launch with the mismatch standing.
5. Legal corporate entity name UNVERIFIED (Shopify handle rb-castle.myshopify.com; Google
listing "Burnstown Building Supply Inc." may be legacy). Blocks nothing in this package
(CASL sender identifies "RB Castle" + real street address), but should be confirmed before
any contract/invoice surface.
6. Service-area boundary UNVERIFIED beyond "Ottawa Valley" / "McNab/Braeside and the
surrounding area". No radius or town list invented; Meta geo-targeting recommendation in
META-DECK.md is left to Ads Manager settings, not baked into creative copy.
7. Building Supply vertical canon (design layer source) is still DRAFT / not Zak-ratified.
If the canon changes, §5 of the brand kit and this package's type/surface decisions should
be re-checked.
8. VO OWED: reels ship silent per the run architecture (zero paid generation). VO-SLOT.md
carries the window, scripts, and mix spec for the later session.
9. CRM UNCONFIRMED for RB Castle: email/SMS ship as copy-paste assets with {{token}}
placeholders and a mapping note. Do not assume GHL.
10. Destination page geometry: 3 elements report horizontal overflow at both 1440 and 375
(likely decorative/transform layers; scrollWidth equals viewport at both sizes, so no
user-visible sideways scroll). Logged for the factory, not fixed here (not my surface).
11. BRAND BLEED ON DESTINATION PLAN SHEETS: dist/rb-castle/assets/plans/sheet-*.jpg (served
by rb-castle-garages.pages.dev "View plan sheet") carry the HANDLEY LUMBER (Fenelon
Falls) logo and "Your Trusted Building Supply Partner" Handley branding. A sibling
client's brand is visible inside RB Castle's destination. Factory must re-plate the
sheets before this destination is shown to the member. sheet-*.jpg and render-*.jpg
(same template artwork family) are BANNED from this run's creative; only the neutral
model-*.jpg / fit-*.jpg configurator renders are used.
12. EMAIL/SMS CTA LANDS ON A GATED DESTINATION: {{quote_url}} defaults to
https://rb-castle-garages.pages.dev/ which is basic-auth gated (401 unauthenticated,
verified 2026-08-31) until signing. The drip must NOT be sent while the gate is up —
copy-paste assets only. Swap/unlock the destination before any live send.
13. FLEXITI DISCLAIMER SOURCE: the full O.A.C. block exists verbatim on the destination
(v1.18.5); email 3 renders a narrowed version of it. If the destination's financing
block changes, re-check email 3's fine print.
## Appended by the r2 fix pass (2026-09-01)
14. DIRECTION DEVIATION — **ZAK CALL, not fixed in r2**: the mobbin-notes direction for this
client called for full-bleed photographic units. The honest constraint: the only cleared
real photographs are about-banner.jpg (1500×577) and design-centre-interior.jpg
(1920×639) — max source height 639px, so a true full-bleed 1080×1920 (or even 1080×1080)
photographic unit is impossible without banned upscaling. The package therefore shipped
7 of 9 static units on the cream stage system (configurator model renders on the
extended stage ground), with real photography only where the source resolution honestly
covers the crop (the 191×1 valley-yard unit). The r2 re-headline ("Pick a plan. Get a
number. Build it.", destination-verbatim) removes the headline convergence with the
Wolf Creek package; the stage-system layout itself remains a deviation from the stated
direction. Zak decides: accept the stage direction as-is, or commission a re-art-direct
once higher-resolution client photography exists. No re-art-direction was attempted in
the fix pass.
| Member | Ads | Reels | Destination | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wolf Creek Building Supplies | 9 ad units | 4 reels — OWED on audio | 3 emails | configurator (unlocks on signing) |
| Handley Lumber | 9 ad units | 4 reels — OWED on audio | 3 emails | configurator (unlocks on signing) |
| Amherst Supply | 9 ad units | 4 reels — OWED on audio | 3 emails | configurator (unlocks on signing) |
| RB Castle | 9 ad units | 4 reels — OWED on audio | 3 emails | configurator (unlocks on signing) |
RUN-LEVEL DECISIONS AND FLAGS (compiled 2026-08-31; per-client GAPS files add detail)
1. Amherst IS a Castle member — their site states verbatim: "Amherst Supply has been a
Castle Building Centre member since 2010..." (live-verified). members.json still says
castleMember:false; flipping that record was intentionally left to you (a truth-flag
change in fleet data). Creative uses only the site's own sentence.
2. Amherst hours: live site Mon-Fri 7:30-5:30 vs members.json 8-5. Site wins in creative;
the configurator build still carries the old hours until members.json is corrected.
3. RB Castle postal codes: BOTH locations conflict (site vs Google, and the Design Centre's
own page vs its own map link). Nothing renders a postal code until a human confirms.
4. Amherst photo releases: grand-opening photos with ~18 identifiable people + the 4-person
storefront shot are real and high-res but have no confirmed release — excluded from ads.
5. Seasonal deadline (freeze-up cutoff): still unconfirmed for all four members, so no
deadline chips anywhere. The only honest urgency in the category is sitting unused.
6. Wolf Creek's five open questions from the Aug-26 demo run still stand: delivery claim
(their site says BC/AB/SK; the member record has no delivery field), one store or three,
configurator capacity per week, who owns follow-up, seasonal cutoff.
7. Destinations stay behind Basic auth ("unlocks on signing") per your call — a real ad
cannot run until a member signs and their gate comes off.
8. VO is OWED on every reel (no ElevenLabs credits; zero paid generation this run). VO-SLOT
specs are on the board per client; drop-in requires no re-edit.
